Background and format: Established in 1985, Dartmoor Magazine is an independent title that covers real life in Dartmoor, both past and present. It covers the Moor's history, archaeology, wildlife, legends, characters and leisure activities. Each issue also features a town or village review, walks, book reviews, In the News and Diary dates and news from Dartmoor National Park and the National Trust.
