FFundraising Fundamentals
Launched in January 2014, the Fundraising Fundamentals blog consists of 'a few thoughts on fundraising from the CEO of Misfit Foundation and all round fundraising nerd'. The blog posts are written by Tobin Aldrich, CEO of Misfit Foundation and a consultant to nonprofits throughout the world. Tobin spent two decades as a fundraising and marketing director for the likes of WWF, Concern Worldwide and Sightsavers. There are occasional guest bloggers. The South Yorkshire Funding Advice Bureau (SYFAB) aims to highlight “the resources you need so you can run the projects and activities that are important in your community” and provides “useful information about funding”, helps people to “learn the skills to become a successful fundraiser and get specific help” with funding. Funding News from SYFAB is the news blog on the site that carries news and information related to this. Bloggers go by their first name and are essentially anonymous as no other information is given. A group of Bloggers contribute to the blog.
