Launched in March 2012, Father Fitness is a Sports and fitness blog documenting the personal fitness journey of one father who wanted to get fit after the birth of his first child, to set a good example for his children and add years to his life. The Author of the blog is Paul Stainthorpe, a Durham-based blogger and father. From an early age he was very interested in sports, playing football, basketball and tennis often. When he hit his mid twenties he became less active, eating a lot of junk food and drinking alcohol in excess.
