The program provides listeners with expert advice, strategies for physical, emotional and mental well-being, as well as insight into the newest research and medical breakthroughs, through one-on-one interviews with the nation’s leading experts and authors. Interviews with everyone from New York Times Best Selling authors, doctors and holistic healers to dietitians, celebrities and celebrity trainers are also featured. Submissions may be sent to the host and executive producer. If you have a guest who would like to be a guestm the show tapes using zencastr. To do the interview, the guest will need to create an account for zencastr.com and they will need to have the CHROME browser. The interviews are no longer done over the phone.

Italian American Girl
Chronicles one woman's experiences as an Italian American.
