One Man and His Blog
One Man and His Blog is a personal media weblog based in the UK. The platform explores how readers can use new technologies to better serve business communities. It is a blog that covers the intersection of emergent technology and publishing, with a particular focus on journalism. One Man and His Blog was founded in March 2003 by London-based Writer, Blogger and Editor Adam Tinworth. With a background in online content creation and journalism, Adam also works as the Editorial Development Manager at Reed Business Information. Until January 2012 Adam was working as the Editorial Development Manager at RBI, but is now working as an independent consultant on content strategy, digital journalism and social media. Adam is also a visiting lecturer at City University, London, where he leads the module on social media and community engagement in the Interactive Journalism MA. The blog is primarily a platform for Adam to share his thoughts and experiences of the transition of journalism into the online world. It explores how everything from blogging to podcasting can change the way businesses communicate and how readers can use new technologies, from mobile phones to social media, to better serve business communities.
