UKSC Blog
UKSC is a political weblog dedicated to the Supreme Court, the UK's highest court. Its judgments bind lower courts and shape the development of English Law. The blog was set up to provide commentary on these developments and its judgments. UKSC was conceived and created in spring 2009 by Solicitors and Barristers practicing in the UK. It is currently edited by Dan Tench among others. The independently owned site is updated daily and self-published. Blog posts can be found categorised under several sectors including: Case Previews of upcoming hearings, New Judgments, Features, and Case Comments and Analysis’ of Recent Judgments. Posts are between 500 and 1000 words and sometimes include images and specific case studies. ULM News Center
ULM News Center is a blog hosted by the University of Louisiana Monroe, covering campus events and news for the college. The fundamentals of working with bloggers are the same as with traditional journalists at traditional media outlets: respect their schedules; take time to read their material to learn their interests; and only contact them if/when they want to be contacted. You will also find that if a blogger is a journalist for another outlet(s), Cision tracks their contact preferences there as well. This outlet offers RSS (Real Simple Syndication).
