WWorld Trademark Review
Background and Format: World Trademark Review, launched in 2011, is a practitioner-led publication. In each issue of the magazine, the editorial team and panel of correspondents provide coverage of emerging international and regional trends, analysis of important markets, examples of industry best practice, strategic assessments on how trademarks fit into the wider corporate function and interviews with key industry figures. In addition, the magazine features trademark news and regular columns on branding, management and online and counterfeiting issues. Audience and Readership: The magazine is aimed at global trademark professionals. Deadline: At least one month prior to publication. Time of Publication: The start of the first month (January, March, May, July, September, November) Circulation: Source: Publisher. Distribution: The magazine is made available via subscription in both, print and online formats. Ad rates: Advertising information can be found here Other Information: World Trademark Review does accept bylined articles/submissions from third parties and Editor Trevor Little is the best person to contact. Rather than have articles sent to them they usually encourage potential authors to liase prior to writing up so that they can ensure the focus is geared for the magazine’s audience. This will then dictate the word count as it depends whether the topic would work best as a column or full feature. The publication also has World Trademark Daily which is a email news and legal analysis service written by a panel of leading experts who report on trademark-related developments in key jurisdictions globally. There is no generic editorial email address. It is best to contact the editorial team directly.

WWorld Vision UK Blog
World Vision UK Blog is a commercial charity weblog based in Milton Keynes, aimed at a UK audience. World Vision, which was founded in 1950, is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation dedicated to working with children, their families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Over 20,000 full and part-time staff members implement programmes of emergency relief, education, healthcare, economic development, and promotion of justice in almost 100 countries. The World Vision UK Blog was founded in December 2010, and it is the official blog of the World Vision charity. The blog is contributed by people who work for World Vision UK or from volunteers at the charity. The blog also features guest contributions from experts who post about subjects they are knowledgeable about. On average the blog is updated every couple of days and posts tend to be in depth and up to around 500 words. The blog is used to announce any news from the charity, but to update people on fundraising events or campaigns that the organisation is currently running. Posts include stories from a number of different countries from around the world. Previous posts include Training programmes enable women to send their children to school in South Sudan; The most important meal of the day for school children in Malawi; Long road ahead for Mosul's children after city re-taken from ISIL PR opportunities are not obvious, because of the nature of the subject and as it acts as self-promotion for the charity. However, opportunities do exist, and if you have any ideas or stories the best way to get in contact with the blog is on the email address provided above. Alternatively they can be reached via email or post.
