The Babi Pur Blog is the official blog of online retailer Babi Pur, a provider of ethical products for parents and children based in North Wales.
Jolene Barton is the Owner and Founder of Babi Pur and writes for the blog along with her husband Peter and other contributors. The couple founded the company in 2007 when moving back to North Wales after the birth of their first daughter and noting the scarcity of ethically-sourced, good quality baby clothing and accessories. The couple now have two children and live in Tremadog.
Blog entries on Babi Pur Blog typically feature products from their store, competitions, special offers, parenting advice and other personal musings from the Babi Pur team. Many blog entries are the Barton family's personal/children's photos with a short caption.
PR opportunities may exist for relevant reviews, competitions, sponsored posts and other promotions. The team can be reached via email.

ViewGood HousekeepingGood Housekeeping is published by the Hearst Corporation and written for the contemporary homemaker. AArticles focus on food, nutrition, fashion, beauty, relationships, home decorating, health, child care and other consumer and social issues. Each issue delivers a unique mix of inspirational and personal stories, trusted information and closely researched investigations and reports. Also includes tips for getting organized and recipes for quick, healthy meals. While they don't designate a part of the magazine for green coverage they take environmental considerations into account throughout each issue so pitch accordingly. When sending green products be sure they save readers' time and money. Pitch recycling topics and remember that value and quality are most important to readers. Avoid sending too many luxury items as they rarely, if ever, cover luxury goods or services. When pitching products always be mindful of the staffs' deadlines. They typically work three to four months in advance. Be sure to include price, availability and other pertinent shopping details.

The fundamentals of working with bloggers are the same as with traditional journalists at traditional media outlets: respect their schedules; take time to read their material to learn their interests; and only contact them if/when they want to be contacted. You will also find that if a blogger is a journalist for another outlet(s), Cision tracks their contact preferences there as well. The outlet offers RSS (Really Simple Syndication).
