The Blogger:
Eyes on the Prize is written by Tim who started the blog after working as a restaurant critic for The Metro Midlands tradition. "I love restaurants. I love good food and drink. I was hoping someone would start blogging about restaurants in the Leicestershire region. Eventually the penny dropped that I should do it myself and I started this blog in 2009."
