Owned and operated by East Oregonian Publishing Co., the citizen is run by former owners and native Oregonians Dave and Jan Fisher. The Citizen is published every other Thursday, 26 times a year. It is a tabloid-sized publication and utilizes a modular 5-column format. Pages measure 10-1/4 inches wide by 12-1/2 inches high.
