Background and Format:Supper is a quarterly print B2B magazine that covers the global hotel food and drink sector. It is targeted at senior decision-makers within the hospitality sector such as hoteliers, F&B operators and their suppliers. Supper focuses on areas such as the design of newly launched and relaunched hotel food and drink venues, hospitality trends, face-to-face interviews with key hospitality figures, and new food and drink products. As well as the food and drink itself, the magazine also covers information of interest to specifiers including furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). It includes a mix of editorial content and photography and aims to cover the hospitality industry in an insightful and inspiring way with in-depth interviews, opinion pieces and features. The editorial deadline falls three week ahead of publication, with the magazine usually going to print towards the end of the month.
