WRAS-FM is a non-commercial station owned by Georgia State University. The format of the station is public radio programming. WRAS-FM's target audience is Georgia State University students, faculty, and residents of the Atlanta area. The station airs locally on 88.5 FM. WRAS-FM simulcasts Georgia Public Broadcasting Radio programming daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Public service announcements promoting the university air during that time. From 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., the station is programmed by Georgia State University students. Daytime radio broadcasting of Album 88, the student radio station, is streamed live online via the main website and can be heard over the air via the station's HD-2 digital radio channel.
