The International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) is an independent international research organisation that specialises in linking “local to global”. Duncan Macqueen’s blog is hosted on the site and covers issues related to sustainability and communities. Duncan works at IIED as a Senior Researcher in the National Resources Group and Team Leader of the Forest team. Duncan is an expert in forest business with particular experience in Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa.
