Founded in 1996, the North Coast Citizen is a bi-weekly community newspaper serving the Nehalem Bay communities of Manzanita, Nehalem and Wheeler in North Tillamook County, OR. Owned and operated by East Oregonian Publishing Co., the citizen is run by former owners and native Oregonians Dave and Jan Fisher. The Citizen is published every other Thursday, 26 times a year.
