Editorial mission is to inform, educate and inspire runners of all ages and abilities, while promoting the sport as a healthy and exciting recreational activity. Features cover nutrition, medical news and breakthroughs regarding injury prevention, training techniques, exercise equipment and profiles of runners. Contains articles on shoes and other running gear, nutrition, training and racing, injury prevention and news and events. They are interested in articles on topics such as fitness, training and nutrition as well as long form stories that also follow the conventions, style,and criteria of the magazine.
