Background and Format:
Launched in 1932 as The Evening Post, The Bristol Post has been published in Bristol since 1932, when it was owned and run by members of the community and has been serving the people of the city and surrounding areas for over 70 years. Covering local news and what's on in the region, the paper is published daily and distributed across North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Weston as well as the city of Bristol. The editorial deadline falls at 10:30am daily, with the paper published in the evening. A list of advertising contacts can be viewed at www.bristolpost.co.uk/contact-us. The free apps will be delivered to Android mobile and tablet handsets every workday at 5 pm to capture the engagement of the homeward-bound commuter and to offer readers a collection of the most important and entertaining content from their city.
