Business Matters, the UK SME business title has just launched a new interactive newsstand version of their monthly magazine title. A sample edition is now live on the iTunes website. Business Matters is launching a new business technology section on its website along with its printed magazine and it is also launching a dedicated Technology-in-business weekly e-newsletter to its 53,000 subscribers and members. The section will cover all forms of technology used by small and medium-sized businesses, and feature product tests and reviews, comparisons, how-to guides and a 'have you seen this' features covering the latest apps. The areas of interest are hardware, software, smartphones, VOIP, apps and anything aimed at SME businesses. Capital Business Media is launching a new website in six weeks’ time, merging its online offerings related to its monthly printed magazines Business Matters, a leading monthly business magazine, and Angels Magazine, a magazine for entrepreneurs and investors together.
The new website, which will be updated on a daily/breaking news basis, will be more of a portal site for the UK's SME business community. It will have a number of additional channels including a job board recruitment section following CBM's investment in online recruitment portal, a dedicated tech review section, business travel section, business toolbox (for advice, guides, tips & white paper downloads) and a business forum.
Paul Jones, as Online Editor, is in overall control of this new launch and new staff will be joining the team in the next few weeks.
