Typically, contributed articles are 1,000 words or less. They do not pay for contributed/thought leadership/op-ed style pieces. The team rarely do pre- recorded sections however it is worth asking, dependent on the story. Criteria for booking guests: Celebrity guests must be household names/faces. Non-celebrity guests are normally real-life heroic stories related to charities. Background information needed on guests - as much as possible. Guest booking times - as soon as possible  Tweets beginning with @ or #ThisMorning may get mentioned on air.

While the publication primarily focuses on trends in fashion and beauty, readers are as interested in fashion and beauty as they are in the world around them. Freelancers should always target their pitches to a specific section of the magazine to show that they've done their homework and understand the publication's coverage. Writers should also provide a quick summary of their idea, including a news peg, and be sure to mention info on any media coverage the story has received already. Ideally they want to receive pitches for exclusive stories. Publicists should always feel free to pitch stories about fashion, beauty, politics, women in the news, and human rights around the world. Be sure to keep in mind that the editors work several months in advance.
