Established in 1989 and formally known as "Gospel Today," Faithfully Magazine provides news, information, inspiration, education and empowerment, regarding the cultural relevance of the gospel heritage as well as its tradition and growth through the gospel church and gospel music. Offers a mix of celebrity profiles, health and fashion tips and gospel music reviews. Emphasis is on the black gospel music and national black church scene.
Regular features include: In the Spotlight, which reviews new Christian-focused CDs and Web sites; Healthy Living, which highlights trends in Christian lifestyles; Financial Freedom 2000, which offers advice for fiscal stability; Refreshing World, which examines issues particular to Christians; Family Ties, which offers advice to Christian families; People Talk, which features news items about popular Christians; Teen Talk, which looks at secular society from a teenage, Christian perspective; From the Pulpit, which offers answers to questions facing Christian ministries; and Between the Sexes, which discusses issues of sexuality relevant to Christians.
