Background and Format: Launched in October 2014, Jail Mail is a National Prison Paper delivered monthly to all Prisons in England, Wales and Scotland. The paper is run by Human Rights and Prison Law experts with an aim to provide vital news updates to all serving prisoners.  Audience and Readership: Prisoners across the UK, with an estimated readership of 85,000. The publisher as of November 2009 is Jay Lauf, who is also a vice-president of Atlantic Media Company.The Family section looks at covers the political, cultural and economic factors that impact American family life.
