    Background and Format: BBC Asian Network aims to provide the latest music for the Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan diaspora in UK, available on DAB :12B, Freeview: 709, Freesat: 709, Sky (UK only): 0119 and Virgin Media: 912.   The station is targeted towards people of South Asian descent (Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans) and those with an interest in South Asian affairs. The audience is predominantly made up of listeners aged 35 and under. The BBC cannot accept traditional product press releases because the BBC cannot endorse products. The following editorial changes have been announced: Comedians and actors Mawaan Rizwan and Emily Lloyd-Saini will open the week with a new show on Monday nights (9pm-midnight). Harpz Kaur will now have an extended role on Breakfast across the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays, 6-10am). Harpz joined the station from a community radio station in Leeds last year. She can be reached at harpz@bbc.co.uk Guz Khan takes on a new weeknight slot (Tuesdays, 9pm-midnight) bringing a more after-hours flavour to his show with his own brand of ‘comedy and grime’. Yasser will also be taking control of The Official Asian Music Chart (Saturdays, 3-6pm) where he’ll be running through the Top 40 streamed and downloaded Asian tracks each week.     Background and Format: The Conversation is an independent source of news and views, sourced from the academic and research community. The team of editors work with university and research institute experts. The aim is to allow for better understanding of current affairs and complex issues and hopefully allow for a better quality of public discourse and conversations.The Conversation launched in Australia in March 2011 and was launched in the UK in 2013. The Conversation UK is a distinct site, focused on issues of relevance to a local audience. The UK version is funded by City University, the Australian version is funded by the Government.
