Launched in 1995, Men’s Health is a fitness and lifestyle magazine featuring active pursuits, grooming, fashion, fitness, sex, career and general men’s interest issues. The website was relaunched in 2006 and again in 2015, and now includes searchable workout and recipe formats and an exercise database among its content.
Audience and Readership:
The magazine is geared toward 30 something men. Demographic Profile: 25-44 ABC1 males.
The Men’s Health reader is ABC1 in his early 30s, with the magazine having one of the biggest AB profiles in the market. However, the magazine caters to a broad range of readers, from men in their early 20s to guys in their 40s and 50s.

Staff test all supermarkets/small producers' products in a specific range - i.e. low-fat sausages, meat lasagnes, vegetarian lasagnes, low-fat desserts, luxury desserts, Indian ready-meals etc, giving a taste description, nutritional content and explaining which is best for value, taste or all-round best choice. All the food tests can be viewed in the Nutrition section of the website (www.menshealth.co.uk), under 'We ate it, we rate it'. Registered users and subscribers now have access to online-only content and competitions, while non-registered users can explore hundreds of free articles on the site covering health, sex and relationships, fitness and muscle, nutrition, weight loss, style and grooming, wellbeing and leisure and wealth.
