Launched in December 2011, Michael Rosen is a blog where Michael posts thoughts and ideas on literature and education including poetry. The bloag has 2243 followers.
The blog posts are written by Michael Rosen who writes poetry, stories, articles and the words for picture books. He used to teach at Birkbeck, University of London, but he is doing some teaching at the Institute of Education in London and he has been made Professor of Children's Literature at Goldsmiths, University of London. I will be helping to dvelop an MA in Children's Literature. He presents a radio programme called 'Word of Mouth' on BBC Radio 4. He also visits schools where he does a one-man poetry show and often follows up with workshops for teachers on writing and reading.
