Background and Format: New London Quarterly (previously The London Property Review) is a magazine which features articles on things affecting the way London looks and functions, such as the Olympics, design, transport, health and education. It also includes interviews with key London luminaries and the world of development. New London Quarterly will also cover different themes, issues and specific development zones or areas of change in the capital that broadly complement and review the work of New London Architecture. Audience and Readership: The New London Quarterly magazine is read by MPs and Government, Local Authorities, including all of the London Boroughs, key members of the Greater London Authority, some of the top 500 London businesses, property investment professionals and fund managers and 90% of top architecture practices in London. Deadline: Between 1-2 months in advance of publication Time of Publication: It comes out in March, June, September and December Circulation: The circulation is higher than average for the Spring and Summer issues as the magazine is distributed from the London Stand at MIPIM in Cannes and the London Real Estate Forum in Berkeley Square.  Source: Publisher Distribution:  The magazine is available to 460+ member organization as part of their membership as well as a paid subscription. New London Quarterly will also cover different themes, issues and specific development zones or areas of change in the capital that broadly complement and review the work of New London Architecture.
