Background and Format: NOTION magazine is based in London and reports internationally, on music, fashion, culture & arts, and lifestyle. It provides readers with sections on what's new in music - from playlists to videos- and features, as well as interviews with top artists and DJs across the board. They also provide reviews on a selection of music genres including house, hip hop, hard house, drum 'n' bass, trance, chill, techno, electro, breaks and beats, garage and R&B. The fashion section provides news, features & editorials, the latest collections and a beauty section; with the culture & arts and lifestyle sections largely covering news, interviews & features on a rage of topics; reviews of gadgets, games, movies, DVDs, books and websites; a weekend travel guide; and up-to-date club, bar and event listings and reviews. The magazine is aimed at people who hold an interest in fashion, culture, arts and music.
