Launched in August 2009, Nurture Store focuses on providing over 1000 creative kid learning ideas that parents can use to give their children a better start in life. Nurture Store focus on child-led, hands-on, creative learning. Their activities promote a whole-brain, multi-sensory approach, with special appreciation for art, imagination and play. The author of the blog shares resources here at Nurture Store.
The Founder and blogger at Nurture Store is Cathy James, a mother of two living in the UK. She spent her whole career working in training and coaching, working with babies, toddlers, preschoolers, primary and secondary school pupils, as well as adults. She used to teach English and run a reputable daycare, as well as hosting a school gardening club and working in a preschool creche, before finally writing books and creating Nurture UK.
