Background and Format: PCE International magazine aims to create a pan-European dialogue between the coatings supplier, consulting engineer, industrial painting contractor, and coating end user on the topic of preparing and coating steel and concrete structures. Protective Coatings Europe focuses on issues important to people who select coatings or manage coatings operations from all across Europe, including regulations, new materials technology, surface preparation methods, safety, quality assurance techniques, and more, with the goal of increasing knowledge and broadening perspectives about good practice. Audience and Readership: The magazine is aimed at people who work with coatings, including: specifying engineers in consulting engineering firms, industrial painting contractors, engineers who select coatings or manage coatings programmes for industrial plants, pipelines, offshore structures, public works, facilities, storage tanks and other industrial structures, coatings work managers at steel fabrication shops and shipyards and industrial and marine coatings manufacturers.
