The Quincy Telecommunications Corporation, Inc. was formed in 1996 to serve the communication needs of residents, educational institutions, governmental bodies and not-for-profit organizations in the city of Quincy. It is charged with the responsibility of establishing procedures to facilitate and maximize the availability of access channel resources to the residents and institutions of Quincy. Quincy Telecommunications Corporation, Inc. is recognized by the I.R.S. as a 501(c) (3) charitable organization and fulfills its mission in part through Quincy Access Television, by providing training on, and access to, video production equipment and facilities, as well as other communication technologies, and channel/broadcast time on the local cable television system.

    The Wall Street Journal

    The Wall Street Journal is considered the most widely-read periodical in the nation's business and investment community. Information in the paper is also distributed to many Dow Jones outlets, including news service and specialized financial and commodity reports. The paper produces tabloid-style supplements that appear several times each year called The Wall Street Journal Reports. Report topics include small business, world business, telecommunications, technology, executive pay and personal finance. Several sections appear throughout the week, including the Personal Journal, which covers health, automotive, technology and personal finance, a Greater New York metro section, which provides general consumer news content for their New York City readership and WSJ Weekend, which features lifestyle related news, cultural topics and reviews. National supplement The Sunday Journal provides business content from the paper to business sections of many external daily newspapers. The lead time for feature and news coverage is one day to one week. The lead time for The Wall Street Journal Reports is three to five months, although stories are often developed during the two or three months immediately preceding the issue. The lead time for Marketplace and Enterprise is two months. Deadlines are at 5:30pm ET for in-depth business and Marketplace stories and 3pm ET for shorter stories. Media Alert | September 14, 2015 The Wall Street Journal has relaunched with enhanced global print and digital editions in Asia and Europe. Available Monday through Friday, the global print editions expand in both size and scope, with a broadsheet format mirroring the U.S. edition and a wider and more diverse selection of the Journal's reporting, insight and analysis. While the Journal will now be globally consistent in style and sections, regionally relevant content available throughout each day's paper will be curated for readers in separate Asia and Europe editions. Appearing as a two-section daily Monday through Thursday, the paper will include a third section each Friday featuring the Journal's Off Duty lifestyle content. Media Alert | March 13, 2012 The Wall Street Journal debuts News Hub GMT today, its first live show from Europe.
