The emphasis is on cute and traditional styles, combining quick makes for beginners with more in-depth projects for intermediate and advanced crafters. Every occasion is covered throughout the year. Each issue also features craft news, galleries featuring readers’ creations and shopping guides, plus giveaways, competitions and a free craft gift. Audience and Readership: The typical Papercraft Essentials reader is a 52-year-old female, who has been crafting for a few years. Paperhouse is the blog of Sarah Ditum, a Freelance Journalist contributing regularly to The New Statesmen, as well as The Guardian and The Spectator.
